I recently secured acquisition loan for residential 2 units in Brooklyn, I needed the money fast.
Overall it was a positive experience, in a very difficult loan market. We found the process to be fast and professional, and the terms were very reasonable (12%, interest only with 6 points)
they also provide commercial hard money and short term bridge loans
With Today Loan Market, my only option was to get a hard money loan to secure a fast closing.
