Harbor Light Fellowship is a close-knit Christian group spread throughout New Jersey that has a number of great ideas such as the non-existence of hell and the fact that most people will go to heaven regardless of whether they believe in Jesus.
However, they are dangerous nonetheless. The group believes that its leaders are appointed by God and directly given concrete information from him on a regular basis. They have no evidence for that belief. They also do not tolerate dissent and have a number of wacky unsubstantiated views such as that devil spirits posessing people are the cause of homosexuality.
An offshoot of the group The Way International, Harbor Light Fellowship is a full-on religious organization replete with higher-ups who can order around those lower on the totem poll, but members of the group often misrepresent their cohort as just a loose bunch of friends who believe in the word of God.
Even though they know a ton of great truth about God, they still have a ton of wrong ideas and have caused me so much anguish. They are a cult. Please stay away from their Bible fellowships for your good. Maybe hear what their members have to say about some theological concepts but stay away from any of their meetings. They can suck you in and either turn you into a robot or spit you out quite unpleasantly.
