I have been a tenant of harbor housing for 5 years and over the past 5 years I love living here. The office employees are very nice, helpful, respectful and courteous. Maintenance always responds within 24 hours from the time of my request. They are constantly updating the buildings and apartments. I would recommend living at harbor housing.

The staff was extremely pleasant and courteous from the beginning throughout the entire process, which I must add was expedited very quickly. The I'm extremely pleased with my new apartment and clean lobby as well as the overall décor of the buildings itself. I'm looking forward to my stay here and the years to come.

I had just one week before starting new job and needed the place to stay in NY asap. Romanie Negro was very professional and she managed to prepare the apartment right on time and with very good quality. Thank you Romanie.

Upon arrival to Harbor House during my first visit I was greeted by Romanie, extremely pleasant, warm, and knowledgable, she helped me find the apartment that I currently reside in now, which happens to be almost exactly what I was looking for. During, after, and ever since, the team at Harbor House has been very helpful and accommodating making living here very comfortable.
