Harbor Freight Tools

So my dad and I went to the Harbor Freight in Saddle Brook NJ and it was the worse experience I have had. There was a line of 17 people and the girl at the checking out people could not even do one return. Then another women comes in and started to just play around with the cashier who couldn't do the return this goes on for 10 minutes. Then when we asked the young man who seemed to be a manager of some sorts if they can open up another line. He just tells us them at the young woman is not ready to open. She's here but she's not here to work yet. That was the most disgusting experience.

Quality is getting better everyday. Best bang for the buck.

Over the last year or so I purchased everything from a trailer to tool boxes, aluminum floor jack and even Automotive buffer.
About three weeks ago the buffer just burned up in my hands. I just threw it out.
The tool boxes have draws that don't close right once there is any kind of weight on them.
Today I just went to only exchange an Aluminum floor jack because it suddenly failed and they refused because I lost my receipt! It almost killed me, dropped before I could get a stand under it!
It dropped suddenly with only one corner of a Dodge stratus on it! A 3100 pound car.
This is the two ton Aluminum unit still being sold! The largest car this jack has ever seen was my Dodge magnum. I realized my life is worth more than saving a few bucks. I was sucked in by cheap prices but learned lesson fast.
I used this jack maybe 15 times? I had a sears jack for over twenty years and would trust it with out jacks stands. I'm older now and gave away the Sears jack because it was getting too heavy and purchased this Chinese piece of crap. Almost everything I purchased is now worth nothing. There is no used market for this kind of junk being sold at Harbor Freight because all of it is a throw away type of quality!
Paper products should be disposable not tools!
People these days don't realize the long term cost to buying Chinese crap.
As for me, NEVER AGAIN. I LEARNED MY LESSON! I found these Harbor Freight products are cheap to buy but extremely expensive to own long term! Think about it..Its better to buy used American products than new cheap junk.. You can sell craftsman and Snap on used but this junk is worth nothing used...
I should of purchased the American made Lincoln floor jack for $60.00 more and I would not be writing this. Every wonder why the U.S. owes so much to the Chinese? Every time you enter these stores you are handing over your hard earned cash straight to China never to be seen again! Think about it....After receiving a phone call that I can only interpret as a form of intimidation. I would like to invite you to see a movie Called ""Death By China""! Watch it all the way through and know this store is exactly what the movie is about! I dare you to watch this movie on Netflex and not come away with a different perspective! Look For made in the U.S.A!
