Harbor Car Wash

Took my car to the car wash today and afterwards there's now a mark on my trunk that wasn't there before. Only reason I know it wasn't there is bc I put things in the trunk prior to the cleaning and when I took the things out afterwards there a noticeable "ding" there now. I called the car wash and he said that he drives the cars out of the wash and he didn't hit another car. Who's talking about hitting a car?? I said you don't understand there's a mark there that wasn't there before. All he kept saying was he didn't hit another car. DO NOT GO HERE!! My coworker told me afterwards how they messed up her car too. She didn't know I was going to get my car washed otherwise she would have said don't go there. I don't recommend this place at all! And they answer there phones saying "hello" not , Car wash" I had to ask if this was the car wash place. Very unhappy!!
