Had a great experience with Mila at Happy Planet - she found a fantastic deal for an all-inclusive resort in Mexico, beating the cheapest Internet price by $500. She was also extremely helpful and patient dealing with payment issues due to bank spending limits. I would highly recommend her for anyone looking for a great deal and wonderful above-and-beyond service!

Using Happy Planet for past 20 years, no issues to get tickets, work with Mila for many years and never had any issues to get ticket to Riga. In most cases, i think customers just want to much. I recommending Happy planet to everyone.

if you wish to see and pay for the truly horrible service then get involved with Happy Planet tour. I was going to France-Turkey-Tbilisi and after i paid for tickets and hotel registration. i was begging the agent to send me info for hotel i was staying so i could plan my agenda for the visit. after frustrating for 4 days i got this info the day before my travel date. finally i received email after i wrote complain email to their website. agent Mila Usherenko failed to give me the reason for delay. after my demand for answers i heard from her the most ridiculous reason. "i have some website open and cant close it to send you email". i couldn't believe i paid for this unprofessional service and irresponsibility. she lied that email was send and couldn't explain why i was not receiving it. information baggage charges was absolutely incorrect and i paid extra $800 for my baggage in Paris.

It is not a good agency as it used to be before.
Agency is not checking quality of the companies that services they are selling and as a results your are getting terrible hotels very far from the sea and instead of promissed 3* you are getting 1*.
Try to use some other agency not this one.
