Well, I'm just an old dude, that just walked in off the street. I wanted to see if I could purchase coils and was treated with respect and dignity. Was told that their prices were high, but found that was untrue. I'm sure I'll go back (I may have left my coupon holder there) and would recommend it! Thanks

Called this morning to ask about a product and I was hung up on instantly.

I got an entire rig there. It ended up being about 180$ but I haven't smoked a cigarette since. The machine will pay for itself at this rate. The sales guy, Rory, explained everything I needed to know about the machine. A bottle of fluid lasts about a week for about 14$ instead of 12.50$ a day for a pack of cigarettes. There's a rewards program too.

SHOPPERS BEWARE !!! Ceaser who calls himself "THE BOSS" is rude, obnoxious & arrogant... A friend recently purchased one of these e-cigs for $150.00. ( not a cheap item by the way ) this item has given her nothing but trouble from day one ... When she returned to tell them the problem they opted to just change the batteries ....to see it that would help ... Well, It worked for a day and again the problems began. IT OBVIOUSLY IS DEFECTIVE AND NEEDS TO BE REPLACED RIGHT!!! Well not according to "THE BOSS" Today we caught him closing early due to an issue with in his store ... When we explained to him that he needed to exchange the product he began to cause a scene outside YELLING at us
" I AM ONLY THE VENDER AND I DON'T HAVE TIME FOR THIS " leaving us standing there as he walked away arrogantly waving goodbye! Rather than doing the right thing he disregarded her issue ... Is this how a reputable merchant treats his customers? Shaking off his responsibilities...and not standing behind the products he sells! This is NOT acceptable behavior ! Not in this country anyway ! I will be filing a report with the BBB If this problem is not resolved ASAP ! PS I WAS FORCED TO GIVE IT ONE STAR IN ORDER TO WRITE A REVIEW ... They deserve none!

Best customer service ever plus very helpful and great prices. I've been to a lot of shops after this place because I don't live in staten island and man I wish I had never went to another shop. Other shops lie about the liquids the prices the quality of there pens. But this place was great can't wait to go back.
