Hanson Dry

This is my gold standard for cocktails. If I want to know what a properly prepared cocktail is, I ask Chris to make me one. Are they flashy? No. They're tasty.

Great bar for drinks in the area. Good, see spacious, and comfortable seating.

Good ambience, usually quiet

They should have a sign "Welcome to Hanson Dry, we serve drinks!"

This is an establishment that focuses on being an excellent place to have a drink. This may sound like a bad thing but I would argue that this mentality leads to exceptional business. The extent of food will be the pretzels that are served. I almost walked out after I found out they didn't serve any food.

However, the customer service was probably one of the best I have ever received and that alone caused me and my team to stay the entire night there.

I had a great conversation with the bartender (and I think part owner) about the history of various cocktails, venues along Fulton, learned a good amount about rum and whiskey.

This is truly a place you should visit often and frequently.

Great staff, fun crowd and stiff drinks. Definitely a cocktail lovers selection of well made drinks. Backyard perfect for groups and on a great stretch of Fulton for food as well..
