Yes, the $20 mani & pedi on a Sat did draw me in. Be prepared when you get there since they rush you to quickly pick a color even though you are not ready. List of other things which happened...

- did not cut cuticles
- did not use clear polish at the end
- did not even massage hands
- blamed me for damaging my nails when it was her and did not even fix the problem
- during the pedicure the woman pulled and shoved my foot impatiently
- do not know how to do a manicure only thick white lines hideous
- they push you to use cash even though they do accept credit cards most likely due to taxes

Bottom line save yourself the misery and pay the extra $10 and have a great time at another nail salon. There is a reason the place was empty!

I received a gift certificate for my b-day for $50.00 that has NO expiration date on it! When I went to use it at Hanna Nail in Englewood, they said they changed hands and that it expired. VERY POOR WAY TO DO BUSINESS!!!!!
I contacted the better business bureau!
