I hired them to do a small job. They convinced me to expand the scope of the project and then provided me with a quote that I thought was reasonable. After completing most of the job, they insisted that I owed them three times the amount of the initial quote. Reluctantly, I consented after feeling threatened. Then it turns out that the job they did was not compliant with code and the whole thing needed to be ripped out and redone by another contractor. All along the way I felt like I was being given the run-around. Not recommended.

I did all my hiring of Nick over the phone as I live in Ca. and my daughter just recently relocated to Brooklyn Heights. It became the typical hot , steamy August and she was in dire need of AC in her new apt.....From CA. I found Nick online, was impressed with his web page, called him and he called right back. He had AC installed for my daughter that night, after keeping in constant contact with me to decide size, and cost. He was extremely fair in his pricing, very customer oriented, and did a fantastic job. I would not hesitate to hire him for any work around the house.
