This no-frills corner eatery has the best Báhn Mi in the neighborhood! Proper crusty French bread stuffed with a variety of standard fillings that feed the need. The bubble tea tends to run a little sweet for my taste. Ask for it your way. The Pho is pretty basic, but portions are plentiful. Ample seating with AC outlets and WiFi!

Great viet banh mi and pho. A little pricier than the banh mi places in Chinatown though. They do offer student discount on bubble tea and have a punch card loyalty program.

If you come here, you better come here for the banh mi! It's by far the best in the city (grilled pork banh mi for the win). The bubble tea is merely sufficient, you can get better ones elsewhere.

This unassuming spot makes killer Vietnamese Sandwiches. My fav: grilled pork, extra spicy. The bread is tasty and crisp, and the meat is well flavored and juicy. Reasonable prices too!

On the down side, for some reason, they always stuff the ingredients wrong (like a taco instead of like a sandwich), and you always have to reposition the inside of the sandwich so each bite has a good distribution of flavors. You'll see what I mean...
