Not a nice place, if you want to produce a high quality food product. Dirty, dark, unfriendly staff. We went there twice, first by ourselves, and second with our cook/chef who has 20 years of experience. On our first visit, we saw cops - someone's equipment was stolen. Our second visit lasted only 10 minutes- our chef had only one look and said "no way, I won't be able to work in these conditions". We ended up going with Organic Food Incubator in Long Island City, and do not regret it!

Incompetent staff. Equipment like ovens is not guaranteed, you pay only to use the tables and sinks - check the contract. Do NOT leave anything valuable there - it will get stolen, and per contract, they are not responsible. We tried them for 2-3 shifts, then cancelled due to these reasons (paid for the shift, but could not use ovens, equipment was missing etc.). Also, had to convince our chef to work there - he was HORRIFIED by how dirty and unappealing these facilities are. Just go visit them after the regular hours.
