Wife and I had canceled connection from EWR (thanks United!), and Amy and staff hooked us up with a room at 11pm-they saved us from sleeping on the floor in the airport!
Shuttle is handy, drivers are helpful, and the breakfast is very good...they had breakfast tacos the morning we were there. The breakfast staff was even very nice!

Rooms are good and clean, if unspectacular. We were on the fifth floor, which is a designated smoking floor but our non-smoking room was odor free. Two double beds were spacious and comfortable.

I hope we never have to fly through EWR again with United, but its great to know this place and these folks are here if we do.

This hotel has bed bugs I was able to catch the bugs in a cup and show the manager and they only gave me 1 free night, I had to go to the doctor to get a prescription to cure it because I'm allergic this is unacceptable. This is just informing others to be careful and pack lysol..
