It was quiet surprise to me as it was beyond my expectations. Staff was friendly, breakfast was lavish and it was quiet decent stay

Hampton Inn was perfectly located for my business travel. I was upgraded for free to a great room on a low floor like I prefer.

I checked in the hotel and at 2 pm notified the front desk there was a problem with my air conditioning unit.The maintenance man was sent to my room and reset the thermostat since my room was reading above 75 degrees and the thermostat was set at 64.The maintenance guy said he would be back in 10 minutes to recheck it but never came back. I called the front desk again at 9:30 pm since the room was now at 80 degrees and was told the maintenance guy was on his way up. Finally after 10:00 pm I went down to the front desk and talk to the employee on duty who really seemed like he could care less about the guest but still the property wanted to collect their money for the hot room.At that point I called the manager Talha Anwar and he told me he was going to get hold of the front desk and see about getting me in another room.Then the maintenance man cam to the room and checked and said he was going downstairs to let them know to change my room and here it is 12:03 am and not heard from anyone and now the manager has turned off his phone also and I'm expected to pay 130 dollars a night for very uncomfortable conditions.The only excuse I have been told is that they are sorry here but no compensation has been given to me for any of my inconvenience that I have sustained during my stay here.My stay is to be up on Sunday but with an experience such as this I may have to go and blog about this facility so no others will have to endure what I have.

The Hampton Inn is a great place they have great people here working the Wi-Fi is free while living here. This place is really nice. The rooms are very big plastic come with jacuzzis the breakfast is very good food is great people are great and is very cozy here. I will definitely come back to this place the Hampton Inn in the Hampton Inn this wonderful I love it
