I delt with Litty Chua, she was the one in charge. I have to say how suprised I was with her and her total lack of respect for me. I know I was only on the phone with her but she was truly CRUDE. I had another question for her and she had actually already hung up!??? Now could you imagine sending a loved one here and in her hands? Not to mention Litty Chua is "in charge" and one of the boss's of all the nurses. I really don't know about you but this to me is scary! Dont bring your loved ones here.
