Rip off!!!! I move from my apartment at the 25 and the lease was until the 6 my energy bill from that time(25-6) - 168 dollars!!!!
I guess we are paying for the ac for the building amenities? Or ghosts? Also When you get the apartment they give you a paper about the inspection of the apartment, which I wrote the floor was all scratched and asked them to clean the dirty carpet (with spots) in the bedroom. Last week I went at the office and Mona showed me the paper I wrote saying the floor was scratched!!!! The carpet was never cleaned by them before the move or after I move. Also just got a call saying that I need to pay for the scratch floor that I WROTE was prior in the wood floors!!!! Joke! Bad commute, awful dishonest management! Fees for everything! 60 dog fee, sewage fee 75, trash fee, 50, amenities 85, garage- 120 plus energy,gas and water if you make the math is not worth to there... Mess!!! Crazy charges, unfair! Rip Off from the beginning to the end!

Excellent place to live

Terrible experience!!! BEWARE they will rip you off like there is no tomorrow. Instead of the peace of mind that you will get it at the comfort of your home, you will need to keep tracking their retarded accounting system that hits your pocket with crazy bills. I would never recommend them. Save your money and look elsewhere. I can tell long stories about what they did to me and to a neighbor that I know.
