I. Never had a problem they are best priced end nice people I been baying tickets there for 19 years

Theifs. Stay away if you want peace of mind and your money secure. These criminals are charging people money and tickets are non-existent. When you go to the airport for your flight, don't be surprised if your flight is not there. You more than likely will receive an email with flight confirmation time and date when you pay them, but when you go to the airport to fly, your flight may either be postponed for a later date or not there at all. Not only was our flight delayed by a day, but we were charged twice. Spend 2 months trying to contact Medin Islami. These guys never pick up their phone. This guy is a pathetic loser. When we finally got a hold of him, He constantly lied to us about refunding us the money. That never worked. I had to dispute my transactions with the bank to get my money in which his pathetic excuse was we paid for someone whom we don't even know. Needless to say, that story did not add up. I will never do business with these losers again.

To start with I would give this company less than zero stars.
I live in Harrisonburg in the state of Virginia. I bought two round trip airlines tickets for them in March 3, 2014 from Haledon travel and tours in New Jersey for $2720.00 flying from Washington DC to Tirana, Albania and coming back August 15 2014. One the way back they got stuck at Rinas airport, Tirana Albania. They were told that they had no tickets. Haledon travel says it was the airlines fault and the airline said there were no tickets. On the 25 of august, 10 days after my daughters were supposed to fly back, Medin Islami called me and asked if my girls flew back. (by the way, he only called me because my friend drove to his office in New Jersey and was in his office at the time.) Previously he kept ignoring my calls and my messages. He blamed the whole affair on the airline which he said he has paid. There is one thing I believe: Medin Islami is a liar, a cheater!!

cant believe they are not shut down yet ..heard all the rumors about these guys now i have the proof ...my dad is old school and thought they wouldnt do that to him ..when it comes to money crackhead gamblers have no friends...when we went to there office there was 4 other poeple there asking the same questions..i hope they go out of business and stop doing this to poeple who work hard for there money ..i hadnt been to europe in 27 years and finally was able to go this year and when you get to the airport and the airlines is telling you you have no tickets your mouth just drops but mine didnt cause i had a bad feeling about this the whole time...it was sad seeing the kids cry then calling the limo guy to come back to the airport to take us home ..and now spending another $12k w a different travel agent..but we'll get over it i just hope enough people see this so they dont get taken like wed did.

I was using Haledon Travel for years. I bought so many tickets from them in the past 10 years, I doubt anyone else will ever buy as many as I have. The great thing about it is that I never returned any of them, I always used my tickets. At most, I did change the date of travel once or twice, with plenty of advanced notice.
The one time, 2 months ago, when I needed to return a ticket, they refused with the excuse that it was non-refundable ticket. After that, I asked if I could have the travel dates changed instead, and I was told that would work. I waited 2 months, I never received my travel date change confirmation by email, I never received a call back. After two and a half months, I try calling them back. They tell me they will talk to the manager and call me back. After a month of waiting for a call back, I give them another call with a number different from mine, and Mirela, one of the travel agents, picks up. I end up explaining the whole situation again, and her response is the same, that she will talk to the manager and call me back in the morning. 3 months from the time I requested a change of travel date, I am still waiting for that call back, and in the meantime I am $1370 dollars short in my bank account, money that I may never see again. And the worst part is that, I had saved up that money for this travel, and now I have to wait another years before I can plan this trip again.
I am very disappointed and I would not recommend this agency to anyone because apparently your money is not safe there. They take your money and you may or may not have a ticket for travel.
