Halal Kennedy Chicken And Pizza

I have ordered from this location twice. I wont be ordering from this place again. The first time, I was on hold for nearly 10min. When they finally answered, i was put on hold again, only they forgot to actually put me on hold and i heard a completely innappropriate conversation between the guy and whoever else. Second, time around was a few weeks ago. Things were fine, until the order arrived and it was the wrong item. When i called to inquire about the possibility to exchange the meal, i was offered to have a credit for a future order. When i persisted to have the it done asap, then they wanted to charge me for the exchange. I made it clear to them that i will not be charged for their mistake and to cancel any credit for the future because i will NEVER be ordering from them again. And this is my feedback promised to them.
