Got my hair done there and what was suppose to be a relaxing time was anything but that. The woman who did my hair was very rough. Kept pulling my hair and necklace. I kept telling her ouch and had to call someone while I was in the chair right in front of my to ask how to do a color lock treatment! uhh you should know how to do it! Was not happy

Arlene did an amazing job with my color, keratin & cut. During my consult she took the time to get to know what I wanted and she did exactly that.
