Sooo, here is my experience so far. Ordered 6 packs of Harlem 125 hair on the morning of Wed. 2/3 hoping it would be delivered by that Friday or at least that Saturday. I received an email from the company Thursday afternoon(3:30 pm)saying the product was out of stock and I needed to pick another color. My first issue->my order sat in a queue for more than a full day before someone looked at it. I have never dealt with this company and I felt better calling them to let them know my selections rather then email. I responded to the email but never received a reply so I called the next day. I spoke with a friendly gentleman on Friday morning who saw my order. He helped me, let me know all the available selections and let me know that since they are in Jersey (or the hair is being shipped from New Jersey) and I am in New York I would have the order by Monday. I had a nice weekend then went on their website on this past Monday, 2/8, to track my package-no way to track it-not even after you sign in. So I emailed them, then I called the store...several times, no answer. So I figured maybe because it snowed that day, no one came in-I'm a little frustrated by o.k. So here I am today to check on the status of my order or at least get a tracking number so I can keep track of it since the only option when ordering is to send the same address as your billing address(I took issue with this also as I have all items delivered to my job because no one is home during the day). I called them back today, again and again-no response. So it has now been about a week and I have no idea where my hair is!!! I would feel better if I could get any type of response, maybe just to let me know that the order is delayed in some other state or something!! The lack of communication is madness and the slowness when preparing my order or getting to my order is unacceptable. I will continue to call and email until my order arrives, for all I know it could be out for delivery today! But the point is that I don't know because no one will respond to me!!!! Even if I do get my hair, it is highly unlikely that I will order from this company again.
2/11/2016:UPDATE! I finally spoke with someone, i guess the same person. He gave me the tracking number which states the order was sent for delivery on 2/6 but that it is still in New Jersey. I give up.
2/13/2016: OK! I finally got my hair. I guess the man at the store told me the wrong info, the 1-3 day delivery is false but I do love the hair.
