I love the staff at Hair of the Dog & am so glad I gave them a shot! My yorkidoodle looks adorable every time I get her back & she smells great. She seems to have a lot of fun on her play date with the other dogs. I'm fascinated by how knowledgable the owner is about dog behavior. I highly recommend.

The owner and staff at Hair of the Dog are very knowledgeable in dog behavior, experienced in all types of grooming; compassionate and caring, always putting the dogs mental and physical needs first. Dawn and her staff made my dog's first grooming experience a great one. I highly recommend them for dogs of all ages, sizes and breeds. Dawn is always furthering her knowledge by attending various seminars on dog behavior.

Don't go here; the groomers do not know what they are doing.
I took my dog there several times and each time the results varied significantly. The first time was the best then it got worse each time. On my last visit, the dog came in worse shape than when he went in - his hair was so matted I had to take him to the vet so they could remove the clumps and he had blood on his paws. My dog's eyes were also bloodshot and he was obviously very upset from the experience.
I contacted the business and there was no resolution.
Don't put your dog through the stress of this business and don't waste your money here.

Love how nice everyone is and love how they listen to what I want done. My little guy comes home looking adorable! I feel like we are being welcomed not only by the hair cutters but the dogs jumping at the gate. Its nice seeing my fur baby isn't sitting in a cage the whole time when he's not getting cut. Very great place to take your fur babys! :)

My Shih Tzu is very well taken care of here. The place is clean, and looks like a spa when you walk in. I love that they are very dog friendly!
