My mom was very worried about her hair loss, when we arrived we were treated very well, then after payday once they took the money kindness is over , the hair turned out to be a color that nothing is looked to my mother , she had explained that she had to go to santo domingo and they recommended a type of hair that in two months and she cant wear it, they had to give her another appointment they said they going to call us, because at that time there were nothing available, passing day and no called so i decided to call, and the receptionist told me: We do not have to call for appointments is you ( it was different before the $ 2000.00 ) , i told then that my mom was really upset cuz nothing was the way the said to her so she was trying to give me another appointment but i told her that it has to be saturday because based on my work could only Saturdays to which she got upset and I closed the phone and she returned it to me telling me to apologize the she would call me the next day to give me the appoinment on a Saturday in early April 2014 ... we are finishing May and no calls and not only that we stayed with a hair that my mom cant use and they stay with the $2000.00 ... I dont recommend it to anyone ..The Name of the Girl is Britney and the Stylist is Alicia..

I have been a Hair Club member for 20 years. Donna at Elmwood Park, NJ is by far the best stylist I have had. She is just great at her job and not to bad too look at too.This center has inmproved greatly since it opened sveral years ago. A lot less turnover-courteous receptionists- JoAnn and Monica and a nice and competent maanger-Russell. I may just be here for another 20 yeaars.

I have been with Hair club for two years. I've only had positive experiences with this facility. The staff are professional and helpful all the time. If your looking to enhance your look this is the place to go. Thank you Hair Club.

I went in for my consultation with Adriana Milanese. She was great and very informative. She took the time to explain everything in great detail. We went over different payment options and financing. I wasn't able to get the financing I needed; however, Adriana went a step further for me and was able to get me approved for a little money down and in-house payments. If it hadn't been for her I wouldn't have been able to get started. When I went in for my first EXT service, I met with Alicia Hernandez. She was great, too! She also went into great detail on how the whole process works and what I could expect if I followed the program as required. She made me feel very comfortable and she is great at her job. The people at the Hair Club in Elmwood Park, NJ are very kind and considerate. They have the best attitudes possible. They made me feel welcome and I walked out of there with a new outlook on my present condition.

You will always receive a warm welcome from Joann and or her associate Monica.
There managing director Russ has been an added asset to the Hairclub family. The camaraderie at this location makes everyone feel like there at home. I had most of the stylists work with me in some capacity and they all have come through with excellence. Joe who has now retired from the company at least during the week was my primary stylist. I want to say I'm sorry to see him go. He was great.

I would strongly recommend Hairclub in Elmwood Park.
