Haimm Memorial Center

My initial contact with this company was on April 29, 2016. I specifically asked for a plaque that had a vase. It wasn't until received the schematic to sign that I noticed that the vase was not inculded. i called and explained my concern. I was then advised that the cemetery where my father is buried, doesn't allow vases anymore. I called the cemetery to confirm. I should have been informed at the time of my initial call that that was the case. Not 4 weeks later. I eventually placed my order. Every time I called to inquire about the status of receipt of paperwork or the status of my order. I was told that they would have to check and that I would have to call back. I finally confirmed with the cemetery that my plaque was delivered on June 21. My last conversation with my salesperson as on June 17. I asked that they contact me when the plaque was delivered to the cemetery. I was told to call them back in 2 weeks. Whatever happened to basic customer service? The salesperson, Phyllis, with whom I dealt, lacks the basic customer skills that a salesperson should possess. I would not recommend using this company just based on the customer service alone.

Haimm Woodbridge Memorial Center did NOT provide the same vase plaque displayed and paid for in their showroom. Instead they substituted another that did not fit properly and that was siliconed instead of epoxied on the plaque. Therefore, the vase plug become loose shortly after being installed and Haimm refused to correct. I do NOT recommend contracting with Haimm, but if you do I suggest any substitutions of materials or installation be approved by you before they proceed.
