I never leave reviews but feel obligated to. Bought a washer/dryer combo 18 months ago and after 14 months, the dryer died. I opened a service ticket and never heard back from Haier. 4 months later (this weekend) my washer motor died. They actually called this time, to tell me that there was nothing they could do since the warranty expires 6 months ago. They're never getting another cent from me, as it's obvious that they don't give a crap about their customers, just take their money and dump em.

I'd give them 0 stars if at all possible. This company does not deserve to be in business. Customer service is a joke, and products (Clothes washer dryer set) are worthless crap imported from China. 2 calls to customer service, they evidently cannot find anyone in our area to fix it, or even come and look at it, and seem to be holding out until it is out of warranty. Next time we'll pay the extra $100-$200 and buy a trusted, quality brand.

Never again will we purchase anything associated with this company - Do your due diligence and read the fine print before purchase because they can also come "disguised" as other brands.

I have the Haier ESAQ408P Ultra Quiet Window Air Conditioner, 8000 BTU. I love it. It is quiet and cools so well! It was super easy too install. I love that it has a remote it makes in convenient when you are relaxing. It is a nice design and easy too use. I have not one complaint. This unit cools my 15X15 bedroom and even the rest of our upstairs with ease and quickly. The unit itself is quiet and wont disturb you while your asleep. A lot of air conditioners are super loud the one I had before this one was!! I am sleeping so much better and comfortably with how well and efficient this unit works. I would recommend it too friends, family, and anyone who asked for opinions. Overall I give this unit and Haier an A+... great company with great products.

I was very excited to receive my 13,000 BTU Haier 3 in 1 Air Conditioner - installing it was more difficult than I had anticipated (hoses don't easily stay in place) but once it's in it's okay - but any time I move the unit to change the angle etc. the hoses pop out again. Today I used in on de-humidify for the first time, after about an hour the water tank was full - I live in New England and yes it's a rainy muggy day but after only 1 hour!?! Then - to drain the unit is nearly impossible because the drain is so low to the ground - the directions say to use a shallow 1 quart pan - who has a 1 quart pan that's less than 1/2" deep? So, I had to use a cookie sheet and needed to empty it multiple times - spilling water on the floor each time. I don't understand why the unit isn't designed so that the drain is (even a little) higher. Also today, a message flashed with the E4 error code - I called customer service and was speaking with someone in Manilla who I couldn't understand and she was clearly reading from a script so there was no "discussing" anything. I'm giving the unit 2 stars because it does a good job at cooling the room, which is why I bought it but I didn't expect all these issues.

Haier has awful customer service and zero technical support and no one that cares in the executive office when it comes to their appliances! I had a small technical issue with a Refrigerator that no one could help me with unless i was willing to pay $1-200 for certified tech to diagnose a simple problem...and refused to try...after 1st line customer service I spoke with Customer Service Supervisor Jason employee number 73008 and then got the Executive Office which was no more help... I would recommend that NO ONE purchase a Haier Product unless you plan on keeping it for 1 year or less because that is the extent of their knowledge and help... UNLESS YOU ARE WILLING TO PAY A CERTIFIED TECHNICIAN AFTER THAT ON YOUR OWN DIME!!!
