Absolute slumlords. Avoid renting from them at all costs.

Horrible management and they got a fool with 4 jobs to supervise the building. And by the looks of it, supervising the building was the least important of his jobs. Nothing got fixed. nothing gets done. No heat for the winter, roaches, mold, noise, smells, unannounced construction, mushrooms growing from cracks in the paint, and a homeless man who did most of work and lived in the building. Supervisor would 10% of the time show up, only to acknowledge the problem you told him on the phone, then you would have to go through the same 10% show up rate to have him quater-ass fix the problem.

Ultimately 311 and the police are helpless too. they suck not as much mgmt, though. Everyone involved in keeping rules and regs in apartment buildings are incompetent, helpless and claim to be powerless.

DOCUMENT EVERYTHING. DON;T BE AFRAID TO TAKE THEM COURT. They tried convince me not to take my super noisy neighbor to court and when I decided to, the neighbor moved out.
