I wouldn't even give them a partial star! I've had the absolute worst experience dealing with their billing department! I've been dealing with them for almost a year and they still haven't corrected the issue and I've been referred to a collections agency!

2 Times my wife went. She had to tell the doctor the actual problem. One of the senior doctors confirmed her diagnosis.
The receptionist always picks up the phone and asks to hold.Why pick up the phone if you are to be put on hold always??

I love this practice. Dr Rosner is wonderful and my husband loves Dr Jacowitz. We have been pleased with this practice and their performance.
