Grate hospital nurses r grate thay makes u feal like u r at home

This hospital is all about money. My son went there for a regular hearing test and we already know that there is nothing wrong with him but required by the early intervention. Our insurance cover most of it but we had to pay $500 deductible because they have their coding law and said that its not wellness screening. Only after 3 months and they sent the bill to credit collector. Will not go to this hospital for any medical problem. I dont want to owe thousands of dollars for a 20 minute visit!

ABSOLUTELEY best staff and hospital to give birth! Awesome doctors, nursing, cleaning staff-- they are all great, super nice, friendly!! If you are not giving birth at this hospital you are out of your mind!!! The rooms are beautiful, the food is actually great!

Never have been in a healthcare facility with patient service this good; from the valet to the doctor it was beyond phenomenal. As a teaching hospital you will have the best medicine has to offer

I recently had an elderly relative there, and that staff is out of their minds. To start the incubate everyone that comes through the door... the mix medications and the worst part is they don't pay attention to the patient's needs. They leave them laying in wet dressings until the skin breaks down. They sedated her into a comatosed state, they over dosed her with keppra and said she wasn't responsive after it sedated her. They said her kidneys were shutting down after overdosing her with heparin and give her dextrose based artificial feed. Oh yeah, you cannot get real food for the feed cause they have none. After saying her potassium was high, they wanted her on dialysis instead of stopping the heparin. Then if you complain, watch out. They'll call hospice in for final euthanization and ban you from the hospital if you try to save your family. It's a horrible place to go, I'd rather stay home sick than ever go there. Oh yeah, they'll call the whole Hackensack Police department on you too if you enforce your health care proxy too. Don't go to Patient Experience either, they are good at coving up medical misconduct too. Never donate your money to that meat locker. I'd give it zero stars if I could.
