They are the worst service center I been too I leased a 2013 pathfinder from them frist of all they did not want to do my oil changes which was on my contact for the 36 months that I leased the car because I did not do all my maintenance on the car with them then I had a problem with a couple of things with the car like radio not working,sunroof leaking, tailgate not working I setup a appointment with them for 8 am they said they will have a rent a car for me 8 get there the lady who does the paperwork is not coming in which is fine but the thing is that the manager on duty made me wait till 10 till he got another person from another dealer to try to give me a rental car don't you think that the manager on duty is supposed to know how to take care of all the problems that happens while he is on duty.
And there's more my wife's took her 2014 sentra for a oil change they did the oil changed but told her that is needed to change her brake fluid they said it was bad which is almost in possible to happen in a 1 year car but she changed it on the way home she felt like her brakes where not working good to cut the story short they don't bleed it good so I took it back they bleed it and sent me home on the way home the brakes did not stop almost got in a accident pulled over and called them that I had no brakes they said bring it back they should have sent a tow truck I had to drive back stopping with the e brake all the way back the thing is that they broke the master cylinder they should have test drive the car before they give it back don't go there go somewhere else

Terrible experience. Awful service. Gross incompetence. Blatant lies. What else do you need to know? I don't write scathing reviews and I don't like messing with people's livelihood, cuz I have a family too. But at the end of the day, if you treat people right (especially people making massive purchases from you), it all works itself out. Screw people over, you outta pay - financially or otherwise. That's what this review is about: karmic payback. If my words discourage even a few people from making the decision to purchase from Hackensack Nissan, then it was worth my 3 minutes. I tried to play nice, offering them an unreasonable amount of grace and patience, and me and my wife have been walked all over throughout the process. It's a shame, truly.

Well this morning was my 1st time going there. First impressions are everything because I will not be going back. And all I wanted was an oil change. Unfortunately without an appointment. However, myself and another lady were the only people there and it was 8am in the morning. When I walked in 3 people behind the counter no good morning nothing. One of the outside attentants said to them she would like an oil change his comment you "got a" wait. I said out long he said "a hour" I turned around and walked out. Never to return Thank you

I called 3 times to the service dept and went straight to answering machine. then i called the sales dept to see what's going on, the lady who picked up was very nice. However, the lady who picked up on the service dept was a different story. After I got transferred, I told her about the phone issue and asked if she can give me the direct number there, she replied with "no, this is the number". she had a bit of an accent so I had to verify what she asked at times, she somehow seem to be annoyed by this. It seem if she's in a hurry, had no patience, and just want to get the phone call over with. Definitely need to change her attitude or put someone else on the phone.

This place is run like hell. Stay away!!
My wife called and arranged for a truck to be there at a certain time. She took her lunch break to get to the appointment and the truck was not there. At first, the salesman said an employee had taken it for a personal errand. When she asked why they let their employees use cars on the lot for personal use, he went to ask the manager. This horrible excuse for a "manager" told her the vehicle was actually being driven to another dealership for someone else to see. He lied...
Over a half hour later, the employee returns with a Maywood grocery bag. Outrageous! To top it off, they kept pressing her to buy, buy, buy even before the truck had arrived for her to test drive. They told her, "you don't need to wait for your husband"..."you can make your own decisions". Nice, right?
This place is not where you want to go to experience truthful sales people and a professional environment. The owner should man-up and hire some employees who care. They're only ruining his reputation.
What a joke!
