Hackensack Neurology

they keep cancelling my father's appointments. they said something came up and the Dr. couldn't see him. i understand things happen but that was every month.! and my dad have to wait almost 3 months to see him!? no, thank you.

This is the worst Neurology group in Bergen County, My mother traveled 90 miles from South Jersey because Dr. Silverstein came highly recommended. Well she had an appt today and was 1/2 hour late (traffic). When she called to tell them she was running late she was placed on hold and no one picked up. She arrived at the office and was told she would not be seen. ABSURD! She was willing to wait and they still told her no. She suffers from a TBI, has a shunt and is on anti-seizure medications.. she is presenting some numbness in her hands and feet and needs to have her meds adjusted. She was very upset! SOOO what happens is Dr. Silverstein DISMISSES her as a patient! REDICULOUS behavior from a doctor who clearly is not sympathetic to the patients he see's! DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR!!! DON'T EVEN BRING YOUR DOG THERE!!!! TERRIBLE!

Even if they recommend to use their trusted Hackensack Radiology, avoid it. Use anything but Hackensack Radiology. Even if you have good insurance,
It will 10 times cheaper for you
