Hackensack Hospital

I would like to write about my experience at Hackensack hospital yesterday Monday 03/28/2016

First and foremost I would like to say that I was very hesitated to go to Hackensack hospital due to reviews I had read but I told to myself that it is not always good to go by everyone review and instead view my experience.
I'm glad that I did because not only that I felt welcome from the very moment I entered to the building but the whole time I was in the hospital.
The care and patiences that all the nurses provided to me was amazing.
I felt so comfortable and happy, not to mention all staff at my procedure whom also made me feel relax about my procedure.
Dr. Jeffrey Farkas whom I admire for his talent and dedication for each patient including made me feel so positive and comfortable about my procedure. That's something that I care about the most because not feeling comfortable is a huge thing to me.
Dr. Jeffrey Farkas made me trust him at all moment .
The procedure was so quick that went I wake up I couldn't imagine how quick I was getting back to normal.
I really appreciated all the good job you guys do and efforts you guys bring for every patient.

Trying to get information about a family member was nearly impossible. Got transferred a bunch of times and no answers. Had to call a bunch of times just for someone to tell me that my family member was being admitted. Might be a good hospital but really need to improve in phone communication.

Everyone was so willing to walk me everywhere when I couldn't find my way. Just really genuinely caring people working here. Surgical department is excellent, helped my father tremendously.

Worst emergency room ever. Long wait. No organization. No communication. Death trap. Been waiting almost 12 hours with no solid results.

Worse emergency room ever 5hrs wasted today. Went to summit medical group in Clifton, NJ fast and easy no waiting.
