I went there twice to pick up my baby's birth certificate and once the front gate was closed at 3:45pm (they open til 4pm. By the way, why do they always work one less hour then regular business hours?) anyway no one was there open the door. I came back next day but I was told that safety paper is out of stock, so I have to come back in 1-2 weeks. It is obviousely someone's dereliction of duty, so I asked to find the person who is in charge of order supplies to check the tracking number or ETA at least, but they totally ignored me. I don't understand why the goverment keep hire people like that = lazy & irresponsible! I'm so mad that my tax money is being used to pay people like them. Is there a system where customer can evaluate their work & outcome?
