These guys are liars and crooks. They agreed to put aftermarket parts on my car but then said they never agreed to do that. I went today to go get my car because last night i was told to come get it anytime today and i get there and my brakes lights dont work and they said they were working on it but all the guys in the shop were sitting on their phones doing nothing. I am very displeased with their services and will never give them business again

HORRIBLE PLACE DONT do business with them they put a scratch on my buddies car didn't even appoligize guy said that wasn't part of the estimate although this scratch occurred at his shop not only that what was suppose to take 2-3 weeks tops took nearly 2 months these guys are crooks liars and are out to rip everyone off STAY AWAY !

DONT AND NEVER BRING YOUR CAR TO THIS BODY SHOP. I had a brandnew SUV and had an accident unfortunately. I brought it to this bodyshop and knowing that it is the best in the area. At first they guarantee their work and service this old fart was very and very professional and got my trust. Took them 1 week or more to fix my car and it was just scratch and small dings.. after getting my car it looks alright. They gave me my car very dirty and so dusty and disnt bother cleaning it al all and I have to have it clean and spent amount of dollars. So after days or week I noticed numerous amount and bubbles and fish eye hole from then paint and told that old fart about it and told me to dont worry about it and it not bad at all and it wont get worst. So I waited for another week and noticed the bubbles are getting worst and even the dealership in chevrolet noticed it and advised me to bring it back and so I did. I came back and to this old man and told him about the problem and said to my face it doesn't bother me and all paints are like that and normal I was like WHAT?. After argueing with him he told me to bring that car back on other days and I did to have it fix. The problem is he is going to need the car for 3-4 days for repainting it. I told him I dont have any other car to use and he needs to provide me a rental car cause I have a family and I work. He said Im not giving you a rental car cause I am already fixing your car for free. The problem in the first place they shouldve done a good job paint to avoid this problem. What a jerk and very poor cUstomer service. VERY RUDE AND HE NEEDS TO RETIRE AND CLOSE THIS BODYSHOP.

The people who run this place, especially Bill, are deceitful people. They like to charge 300$ for an ignition coil! Something that takes less than 5 minutes to replace and costs about 30-50$! When I inquired about the pricing, I was constantly deflected and Bill kept requesting to speak to my wife, who knows nothing about cars. I can see that you guys are older and come from an older generation. Perhaps your crooked and deceitful business practices worked during your time but TODAY in the information age, reviews and word of mouth are much more visible to other people. Stay classy.
