These guys are excellent. Knowledgeable, professional, very reliable, and quick! They finished what was supposed to be a two day job (ripping up floors and mold remediation) in a single day despite the fact that the apartment was fully furnished. They were very careful in moving furniture around the apartment and didn't leave a trace behind them. Anthony, the owner, kept me abreast of progress throughout the day via text and photos (!). He also volunteered to communicate with the floor installation company (unrelated to Habitat) directly to make sure the entire process was seamless. Once the job was completed we discovered a minor leak in the dishwasher plumbing which may have occurred as a result of moving the machine to get to the flooring underneath (its not clear). When I called Anthony to ask for advice, he came over right away, fixed the issue and supplied a new plumbing fixture free of charge, and then came over AGAIN (again free of charge) after floor installation was completed by another company, to make sure the leak fix wasn't reversed during that process. I highly recommend this company.

We first reached out to this company since our family is committed to keeping toxins out of the home. We did a little research and found that some companies make statements regarding such and do not back up that philosophy. Eco Safe does and is knowledgeable on all levels of a healthy lifestyle. They solved our problem economically and quickly.

During my mom's master bath remodel, they came across mold which was scary and It made the entire remodel more of a process. However, her home in New York is a bit older, so she shouldn't have been too surprised. It was just an issue that she really didn't want to have to deal with. I helped her find a company to do the removal and get her remodel back on track. She hired Habitat Safe Solutions and they were fantastic. My mom was really worried about ensuring that nothing else was contaminated. They were very thorough and kept the bathroom clean and safe. My mom was pleased with everyone on site and was happy that process was quicker than she had originally thought.

This was an overall unexpectedly pleasant experience. There was a bit of apprehension from the onset of our issue. The process was very smooth and orderly once it was laid out for us with the clarity that Habitat Safe Solutions set forth. In the end the crew was very cordial and caring for our home and it's furnishings. There was minimal intrusion where we were told by another company our furnishings would need to be discarded. We would recommend the in a heartbeat.

Terrible!!! They did a decent job cleaning up however they did not clean out or kill all the mold. The assured us everything would be fine and that they use the best mold preventative products. I looked at the "sealant" they were using when they painted the walls of my basement and to my surprise it was something one could buy in Home Depot and it wasn't anything special. The owner Anthony was extremely unprofessional and got angry and frustrated when I brought up my concerns regarding his company not doing what was suppose to be done on the contract. They half assed their job just to get paid. They did not put their heart or effort into making my home safe from mold. And to show how professional they are they left a wet dirty sponge presumably on purpose on one of my heaters which I only noticed when there was a terrible smell throughout the entire house. Stay away from them! Their employees are a bunch of low life's off the street who think they know what they're doing.
