Wanted to try a new place, looked nice. Called ahead for an acrylic fill which they said they did, it is also listed on their website and on the menu in store. Got there and they wouldn't stop pushing the uv gel. I stood there telling the manager no multiple times before he stopped. It's no different then the acrylic powder at least for me. So he sends me for my pedicure first. When I sit down for my nails the girl tells me they don't have the acrylic powder and starts pushing the uv gel again. According to her they won't be getting it because it smells. I was quite annoyed but needed my nails done and went with the powder glue fill in which is very smelly by the way and acrylic is not to me and not the same quality. They are also more expensive then the other salons in town and I don't nees to be badgered over what I want and be lied to about having it. Sneaky strategy. Not impressed. There are much more friendly salons in the area that have better business practices.
