H2 Salon

After 6 months of searching for a new hairdresser after moving to NYC from london I came across H2 salon. These girls know how to do hair. I was seen to by shonda and char. Both made me look and feel like my old self again after 2 failed attempts with other over priced hairdressers in New York. I had a removal of 4 tracks, relaxer and replacement of tracks. They did a wonderful job and I would highly recommend them. The salon is beautiful, the staff are very friendly, the prices are very reasonable and char the stylist knows her stuff. I'll be back.....

They have always done an amazing job on my hair, whether an updo or a wash and press!

I expected my hair style to be great especially when a Relaxer, Cut, and Style cost $150 minimum, but I did not expect such an attentive stuff, the beautiful ambiance, and my stylist Camille who was so sweet and personable. The cost was SO WORTH IT for this amazing cut. She gave me tips on lasting care, specific products to get since she too had short hair, and she was effortlessly warm and very very inviting. This is truly a hidden gem! You've certainly found yourself a return customer!!

Minor detail: After seeing how upscale this salon is (beautiful decor, dark hard wood floors, Mac desktop computer at Reception) I'm quite disappointed that this salon is still cash only. It's a tad bit of an inconvenience, especially in a neighborhood with no known banks around. But whatever that's very minor!

I really had a great experience and I will definitely come back again. The staff was very polite and pleasant. And there's a stylist her name Lorraine who treated my hair like it was her own! Best spot in Brooklyn!!

I'm so glad I finally found a salon in New York that I love. The salon is easy to get to, clean, pretty, and every single person who works there is friendly and professional. I've left happy and satisfied every time. Love this place!
