Brought my TV there for repair and they kept it for 3 months in total without fixing anything and charging me a bench fee. They told me they could fix it and were waiting on a part that was back ordered, after countless phone calls and showing up there to find out about my TV, they told me they were fixing it and it should be done soon. They waited till after Black Friday to tell me they couldn't fix it, all the sales were already done and they never gave me a solid reason as to why they could not repair it. They have horrible customer service skills and do not know how to treat their clients.

Honestly, the people that work at H R Audio Video Inc need a lesson on customer service skills. They speak to people on the phone like they don't need customers. Good luck staying in business treating people the way you do.
I would travel 500 miles to find anyone to service my needs just so I could avoid this company.

Do not bring your electronic appliances here. They do not fix your appliances for months and refuse to return your things without payment even if they dont do anything. They had my tv for over two months and still cant tell me how much repairs will cost or even what is wrong. I asked for my tv back and they said not until i paid my bill. When i repiled you havent fixed or diagnosed my tv they said it didnt matter. if they put it on thier shelf or counter the will charge you for storage and they will put you thru a lot of bs. Steer clear of these guys as they will stop answering your phone calls but still keep your tv.
