They are not knowledgeable. They told me that I could not file an extension, and that extensions are only if a person is working overseas.
Might as well use the online service and save 10 times the cost of filing.

When I went to this H&R Block, the man who did my taxes was named Dan-- he was so rude. If you're desperate enough to go here, I would suggest not having your taxes done by him.
