NEVER visit this branch! Worst service ever, as soon as i enter (4:30 pm) the lady said "you are late if u want to do your taxes" with a really bad attitude and face!! I just left immediately! Worst customer service EVER!

They are everywhere and almost everyone in my family uses them. They go above and beyond to get you the most out of your tax return. Things you wouldn't even think of. I would definitely recommend them.

they are the worst they will have you coming in every week sign something new i left the went to the one in east orange

Called to make appointment regarding tax return for a small business. Was told to come in one day. Went, and nobody knew about any appointment, nobody had any idea about corporate taxes. Waited while clerk chatted and joked on the phone for 10 min. Then was told that some other HRB accountant would contact me to set up an appointment. Left all my information. A week later, nobody has contacted me. Decided to use somebody else for my business taxes.
After this, I won't try HRB for personal taxes either.
