Gymboree Play & Music, Westbury

My wife and I brought our son to a few open classes and found the staff to be very nice and quite knowledgeable in dealing with children. However after purchasing a package, our sons eating & sleeping schedule abruptly changed. This led us to miss all classes of a brand new package we had just purchased. Fortunately, the people at the corp. office are a little more in tune with the needs of parents with kids/infants and we were able to get a new package to replace the one we lost. I would give them 5 stars if they would spread the class times around so that one age group is not always at the same time on any given day. Playgroups at 10:30am one day, should be at some time in the afternoon on another day. This would greatly enhance the flexibility.
