My son Jason has been going to this Gymboree since November. We have noticed a big difference in his social and development skills. Ms. Lucy and her staff are very knowledgeable about child development and give each child attention. We also find this a great time to bond as a family and look forward to our weekly visits.

I attended a party here yesterday afternoon, my cousins first! The staff seemed as if they really didn't want to be there, very unfriendly, uninterested & rude! A women named Lucy was the worst of the two ( the other being Fran) she would come over to over table without saying excuse me & start cleaning up, reaching over people. It was down right RUDE! It seemed as if the staff rather be somewhere else! Please don't use this establishment for your parties. It's not worth the $1000. To have your guest feel unwanted!

It's sad that THIS is a representation of the Gymboree corporation.
It doesn't even deserve one star. The staff @ the Gymboree on Amboy Road in Staten Island, would truly befit from some retraining classes. From Beth right down to Lucy. Needless to say this establishment could use a compleat makeover from the staff to the play equipment.
