Great experience start to finish! Jose helped me determine which pieces would be best for my home gym and made the entire process very easy. I am very pleased with my purchase and will be using Gym Store again.

I recently purchased a treadmill at the GymStore and I was very pleased with not only the quality of the remanufactured treadmill but also of the great customer service that I received. They were able to answer the billion and one questions I asked and had a lot of patience. I will definitely be buying again from here!!

Being from the UK, I wasn't convinced I could find a treadmill and exercise bike for my home within budget, the UK pieces were too expensive and the US pieces killed me on shipping. I saw on the Gym Store website that if you're buying multiple pieces to call the office, so I used skype and spoke to a guy name Jose. He made me a great deal and took me through ways of shipping them to me that were actually less that buying the equipment new. I bought both refurbished, and you'd never know it, no rust, no mess, not even a scratch... frankly a surprise given the distance they had to ship.

I spoke briefly with Chris (the boss) the second time I called to confirm the sale and he gave me some great tips about maintenance and where in the house to put them, as well as his personal contact details if anything came up while the machines were under warranty. I only mention this because I was planning to install them on carpets and had no idea what this could do to some machines.

I would very much recommend GymStore to anyone.

I purchase a Matrix Krankcycle from Gymstore on 8/29/2013. I've made several calls to Gymstore due to not receiving the item I purchased. It's now been over a month, and to my surprise. They have now disclosed that the item is used and waiting for a part. I was not aware, nor did their advertisement or invoice state that this item was used or refurbished. In fact it only states, "Clean and Serviced". So once I learned of this on 4 October I cancelled my order and asked for a full refund. Today, they tell me that they are going to charge me a restocking fee of 15% for cancelling my order and refunded me $1530.75. This is outrageous for the fact they haven't shipped anything to me and they want to charge this restocking fee.

That is correct minus the 15% restocking fee (on just the cost of the product/not transport). The order is sitting (with a brand new seat assembly that went missing when the machine arrived from the location we purchased it from on a pallet ready to ship immediately. It is one of the cleanest pieces you will find anywhere. If you still want to move ahead the unit can ship tomorrow with about 4-5 business days transit time and we can process the differnce. If you still want to have the order cancelled the %15 restocking fee is applicable to cover our expenses, time, and packaging. I am not sure why someone would want to cancel a day before the piece is ready to ship which is right within the lead time provided you when the sale was made.

I purchased a spin bike. The bike not only came damaged, but they sent the wrong spin bike on top of it. After dealing with their customer service for over 4 weeks trying to get a replacement bike, I had to contact my credit card company to dispute the charge and I still have a broken spin bike sitting in my house taking up useless space and they refuse to pick it up. Will probably have to throw it out soon if they don't contact me to resolve this.
