GVC LTD Bus and Transit

This company are very hardworking ppl I do understand its not always a driver's fault when there's traffic or weather conditions issues I mean we do live in the City where you have to expect the unexpected.. Dislike how other customers will bash these drivers that have to drive from boroughs to borough just to try to make it on time to pick them up.. it'll be nice to treat them like human beings for God sakes, these are ppl that can be your dad, mom, sisters, brothers, sons or daughters.. Their job ain't easy just the traffic rules of a commercial vehicle alone it's stressful, (prohibited by law) not being able to merge into certain highways or bridges that would lead them to a faster pick up its overwhelming, wrong merged these drivers would get big time fined or even worse lose their cdl license for life.. New York it's where the most traffics and accidents happens, too much over populated vehicles etc etc let's not forget how THE NEW SPEED LIMIT is 25 Miles an hour... On top of it all these ppl go hours and hours of working, picking up ppl, strapping them up with proper procedures, documenting numerous of papers for each pick ups and drop offs customers, i hear at times they cant get a half hour lunch time cause they have to drive to their next pick up while in lunch to be able to make it on time, So when these ppl come pick up my Grandma and my 15 year old nephew, instead of giving them attitude I pray for their safety and thank them for their service.. Some ppl need to know the facts of being a paratransit commercial driver, I seen them work and have also witness some very sad to almost breaking down with tears cause of the stress ppl make them go thru.. as we kno ppl can be cruel and rude.. God bless all those Drivers that give our disable and seniors a drive to their destination.. Happy Holidays To those too that had to spend their New Years, Christmas day and Eve stuck in a traffic or driving period..

Worst customer service. Worse attitudes. They show up late or whenever they want and if they arrive early If you are not down there they lie and say that they waited and will leave your child. They are extremely careless, blatantly rude. Had I known my son would be traveling with this bus company, I would have opted for another school because I have to worry about his safety as their drivers have been in 2 accidents in less than two months. If there was a lower star than the one, I would give it. Oh, and did I mention than since my son has started school they have changed drivers and times at least 4 times. So unorganized its mind. boggling. They tell you to be downstairs 5 min before the pick up time but never arrive on time anyway and tell you to allot them 25 minutes. Where does this make sense to them? Horruble experience thus far and we still have the rest of the school year. Oy vay!!!

I'm so unsatisfied with this bus company. My son is picked up late every morning and the drop off is just as bad. They have changed the schedule so many times So who knows what's the right time to be outside. The worst part is that the driver has the nerve to have attitude for having to wait less than 5 mins for me or Hubbie to make it outside. Mind you they call and say they'll be here in 5 min and sometimes get here in 10 while other times they get here in 2. My point is they are working with children in my case (an autistic child) so God knows how they treat the children when they are having an off day. Deff reporting them! Take pride in your job nasty rude women!
