great service i have big alcoa wheels on my dually pickup they mounted and balanced them. and then the alignment right to the specs i requested. truck never went straighter down the road

Absolutely Hated This Place. You Will Never See Me At This Place Ever Again. The Office Manager That Goes By The Name Frank Was Very Rude To Me And Many Other Costumers.

Went into the shop last Friday due to my tire light being on. I only had to wait 15 minutes and was told it was only the tire pressure in all tires. They put in the air for me and charged me nothing. They easily could have said it was a nail and charged me $20. I will definitely be going back to this place along with recommending them.

My son is a NYC Probationary Fire Fighter who just came back from the Tunnel to Towers Run to a flat tire. He leaves for work at 4:00am. We drove him down to Guys Tire buys at 2:40pm (they close at 3:00) with a simple nail in his tire and we were turned away because it was close to closing time. Our family purchased many tires at this location and now - will never again! Pep Boys, two minutes down the road, accommodated us willingly.

Stopped in to Guy's on way from Jersey to Boston in desperate need of a fast inspection in order to get on a road trip that same day. Called ahead and they said it was no problem to stop in later that day. I was naturally skeptical of this, but turned out to be true. When I arrived they remembered my call, took me right away and turned around my inspection so I got back on the road in under 30 mins. the man at the desk was also incredibly helpful and, incidentally, possessing of incredibly beautiful blue eyes. this fact has not colored my review, however, which is based on the service and the speed, both of which were exceptional.
