Love the doctor!!!! He is knowledgeable and shows he cares. Unfortunately, my complaint is about his staff in brooklyn. When i had gone for my appointment, I noticed that two women were being very catty towards another co-worker in front of patients. I actually asked who one of the women were and apparently she was an administrator in the office(which says alot). She is totally unprofessional and encouraged the receptionist(jane or jacky) to engage in a negative discussion about another employee. I personally dont condone this type of behavior in an office setting and believe it reflects alot on office managers decision to hire such people. Because of it I will only see Dr. Gupta in Queens.

I have been seeing Dr. Gupta for the past 4 years regarding my Ulcerative Colitis. He has a great disposition with his patients and has excellent medical expertise. His staff are very responsive and make the administrative part of your visit run smoothly.

Super long wait times, my appointment for colonoscopy was for 12:30, i did not walk into the prep room until 3:00.
Overall he does a good job but it is inhumane to make people wait that long. I have had appointment with Dr. Petrov in the same office as well, again at least an hour wait after you arrive.
