Talking about a terrible experience. Complete waste of our time dealing with this company.
After a bunch of phone calls we go to meet the agent at a house. She is 15-20 minutes late and has the worst showing skills I've ever seen. Not even an apology for keeping us hanging around waiting, as if we are there to wait on her. Literally a "here look" attitude, like wanting to buy a house is some inconvenience for her. And this is from someone with 20-30 years experience per her bragging about her own skills. You would think in that time, you would learn to be personable and know how to show a house.
She was supposed to call back that week with additional listings for us to see, we have never heard from her or the company since. All for the better, we had no intention of using this realtor again after such a lousy experience with them.
