I was hung up on by the sales manager Michael after I called him out for being super rude and then unhelpful. They lost out on a $1000 sale. GC-Corporate was contacted.

Bought a small amp from them that went bad. I was advised that it was long enough ago that the mfg warranty expired.
Then the without me asking, the "a h" went out of his way to tell me I had signed off to decline the extended warranty they wanted to sell me. That's was adding insult to injury. Just for that, I may not buy from them again and definitely will not purchase any extended warranty from them.

I bought a Taylor GS mini two weeks ago and I'm a total beginner guitar player. Charles was my salesguy and he was very helpful and friendly, no pressure, no stress. I went on a weekday so that probably helped because they were not busy. However, the people here provided excellent customer service (even when I called them to ask a question about the repair plan two weeks later). Kudoes to this store!

Good store. Good people. Ive been playing guitar for over 10 years and I've bought a few guitars, mics, and recently a midi interface from this place. It pains me slightly to say that I like this place more than my local mom and pop shop but their inventory is hard to compete with. Also, I have always liked the way they do setups on my guitars.

Great Store I l was able to have a group school tour with Montgomery Academy in July of 2012 great service and great sales associates and sunday's are the best days to go
