I am a member of this agency, but in a short month or two realized that I made a big mistake. They do not care about my health or well being at ALL!!! they are RUDE and do not have any manners, DOES ANYBODY KNOW THE NAME OF A VERY GOOD LTCM ? BY FAR...THE WORST PLACE i HAVE KNOWN since I became disable seven years ago. HELP!!!!!!!!

I join this agency with my doctor in a transfer to transfer. I left Empire with 56 hours, and when I came to Guildnet, they offer me 35 hours only. I pay $800 for my Medicaid. I was told when your doctor do a transfer to transfer, you come over with your same hours. I declined any hours, and going back to Empire. I refuse any time with this company.
Before you think about join, think twice. Obedience is better then sacrifice.

I have used Guildnet for over one year for my mother. In that time they have assigned us foreign agency sometimes the women dont even speak English. They dont send in real aids they send in companions. So if someone is really sick i wouldnt suggest you use this company. Guildnet itself has no good case managers because i have been switched twice and both case manager and supervisor has little to no communication with the family. This is a dis functional long term care agency. They send anybody in to take care of your sick loved ones. They reallly dont care. Im switching long term care agencies immediatly.
