Really nothing against the doctor because I could not even see him but the supporting staff was extremely insensitive and lacked proper knowledge on insurance coverage. I had called them up with my insurance ID and verified if the doctor will be within my coverage and then booked an appointment but upon reaching there, she said they cannot claim the insurance company because of their past experiences. Mind that I am using CIGNA which has a good reputation else where. I also got the CIGNA personnel on phone to talk to them and re-confirm but the staff wasn't polite to them either and was adamant NOT to consider the insurance. All is fair between them and the insurance company but amidst all this, as a consumer I lost a day of work and also couldn't see the doctor. I suggest you confirm all your insurance queries before scheduling an appointment.

Really Bad!!!!!! No Responsibility!!!! I took my children to this eye-doctor a few months ago around April and after 2 months I received a bill under the circumstance of having an unexpired insurance around 150 dollars with no details at all. I thought it was a receipt from the doctor office because it just said the money. After approximately a month I received another bill with double the price. (around 300 dollars) I thought it was strange so I called the doctor"s office and the lady told me they can't receive the money from my insurance. I told her my insurance didn't expire and it's still working for all the other offices, and asking her to go to my insurance again to get the money because it's impossible. She replied that it has been over 2 months and they aren't allowed to get the money from the insurance afterwards. I was mad because they didn't inform me immediately after knowing my insurance isn't working and asking me to pay it afterwards. The lady told me to pay 80 dollars instead because 300 dollars is a lot she will talk to the payment department on canceling my bill and if I don't she'll but me in the debit collection company but I still rejected it because it isn't my responsibility. Their suppose to ask the insurance for the money and if their was a time limit it's their responsibility to get the money in time but instead they didn't and didn't contact me, just sending a bill to me. If I hadn't call them I wouldn't even know what was going on. They kept sending me bills over and over so I would advise you to not go to this doctor.
