Service is not terrible but definitely not good. At first the guy greeted us warmly. During the inspection he looked professional. He would tell us something like we should change filters every 2 months. However, he focused on the minor things and ignored some major defects. One of the cabinet doors was actually broken and pieces were taped together. This was not spotted. Also hard wood flooring buckled up at some areas. This was not spotted either. He seemed very nice up to the moment we paid. Afterwards, when I asked him to send us pictures he took about problematic areas in the apt, he was reluctant. Sent him a couple of emails but never got a reply. As of today I still haven't received the picture from him. The inspection report is vague in words about problems spotted, making it hard for my attorney to request repair credit. I will not recommend Guardian Home to any of my friends.
