Wish I was able to give this car service 0 stars !!!! They never know where they are going and one of their employees even stole my phone. HORRIBLE !!!!!!!

Not polite, rude.
Constantly hang up.
Because of this we have had to call back to clarify information.
Last time did not send a car, although promised ten minutes.
It was very difficult to get through, and when the dispatcher picked up the phone, then immediately put me on hold!
I was waiting for a reply within 5 minutes, and than I ordered another car service.
Not pleasant car service!
